The Head & Neck Surgical Group offers a wide variety of medical services. We are nine internationally known board certified otolaryngologists who provide a wealth of knowledge, innovation and experience in dealing with virtually every aspect of the diagnosis and treatment of head and neck illness and injury. All are full-time faculty at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and serve as Directors of Otolaryngology at St. Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospital Center.

The types of medical conditions that are successfully treated by us include infections of the ears, nose, sinuses and throat; treatment of benign and malignant tumors of the head and neck; facial injuries and management of hearing loss and balance disorders. We manage nasal, throat and swallowing disorders, allergies, sleep disorders relating to snoring and sleep apnea, provide care for the professional voice and are board certified in facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Special expertise is also offered in treating disease processes such as vasculitis and related immune disorders, allergic/immunologic disorders and asthma, plus congenital and acquired infectious diseases.

In addition, the practice includes a full range of audiology services from routine hearing examinations to more sophisticated tests of hearing and balance. If a hearing loss can be improved with the use of a hearing aid, this too, can be provided. We also offer a full range of voice analysis, speech and swallowing testing.

The professionals who make up our group are all located right next door to St. Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospital Center (Roosevelt Division) on 59th Street. Our main office location makes it very convenient for mid-town employees to schedule and see physicians in a relatively short time. Since medical care is often sought in accordance with an individual’s health insurance coverage, we have attempted to affiliate with a wide variety of benefit programs, also detailed on the following page.
